Due to our made to order business model, we can confidently mention that DIRK DOE is contributing to a more sustainable, slow paced fashion industry, concentrating on art and craftsmanship. We produce little to no waste as we do not hold any stock - we start producing a garment once we received the order. Making the garments from scratch, we also offer customisation opportunities to our clients, making it possible to tweak measurements and details of items. We believe this helps in reducing overconsumption, as customers can order exactly what they want and need in one place.
Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS.
DIRK DOE does not accept returns or exchanges, due to the made to order nature of the brand. Every item is made specifically for the customer and we can not resell it.
Before purchasing, please refer to the measurement charts under each product’s description for the perfect size; for further guidance regarding size and customisation, please email or dm us on instagram and we will reply as soon as possible.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at dirkdoe.service@gmail.com.

We oblige to send you a package within five days from the order date.
Shipping policy
We have worldwide shipping. Delivery times may vary and depend on various factors for different countries. On average, delivery time around the world takes 14-30 days.
Dirk Doe is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, war, or other circumstances. Also, Dirk Doe is not responsible for the theft or loss of packages.
Dirk Doe is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. It might be due to the wrong address entered by the customer or not paying taxes when the package is at the customs office. In these cases, the package will be returned, and only the customer is responsible for that.
If you have such a problem, you can contact us, and we’ll attempt to help you, but we don’t assure you of a 100% solution.
