Thank you for shopping with Dirk Doe. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Right to Return
In accordance with applicable legislation of Ukraine on consumer protection, customers may request a return or exchange of eligible items within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:
- be unused and unworn;
- remain in its original condition;
- include all original tags, packaging, and accessories;
- not contain odors, stains, damage, washing marks, or alterations.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Sizing Responsibility
We provide detailed size charts and sizing information for all products whenever possible.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the provided measurements and selecting the appropriate size before placing an order.
We are not responsible for incorrect size selection made by the customer.
Returns or exchanges related to sizing may still be accepted in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, provided that the item remains unused and in original condition.
Return shipping costs for size-related returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that slight measurement differences of 1–3 cm may occur due to manual production and measurement processes and do not qualify as a manufacturing defect.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- underwear and socks;
- personalized or custom-made items;
- products marked as final sale;
- items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear.
4. Return Request Procedure
To request a return or exchange, customers must contact us within the return period and provide:
- order number;
- full name;
- reason for the request;
- photos of the item if requested.
After reviewing the request, we will provide return instructions.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
6. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges for another size or item are subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, the customer may choose either:
- a refund;
- store credit;
- an alternative product.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos showing the issue.
After review, we will offer an appropriate resolution, including replacement, exchange, partial refund, or full refund where applicable.
9. Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If an order is refused by the customer or left unclaimed and returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct:
- original shipping costs;
- return shipping fees;
- customs charges;
- payment processing fees;
- other related expenses
from the final refund amount.
