This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed at Dirk Doe.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
All orders are processed and shipped from Ukraine.
We use Nova Post (Nova Poshta Global) for all domestic and international deliveries.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on customs processing, carrier delays, and destination country conditions.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Each product may have a different processing time depending on availability, production, and demand.
The estimated processing time is always indicated individually on each product page.
Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
3. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
We ship worldwide via Nova Post international logistics partners.
Europe
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days after dispatch
Europe is the fastest region due to close logistics routes and optimized Nova Post delivery corridors.
United States
Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days after dispatch
Includes customs clearance and final delivery by local courier partners.
Canada
Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days after dispatch
Delivery may vary depending on customs processing and regional postal services.
Asia
Estimated delivery time: 8–16 business days after dispatch
Delivery times may vary depending on destination country regulations and customs inspection.
Other countries
Estimated delivery time: 10–21 business days after dispatch
Remote regions or countries with stricter customs procedures may experience longer delivery times.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
5. RESTRICTED COUNTRIES
We do not ship to the following countries:
- Russia
- Belarus
All orders placed to restricted destinations will be automatically cancelled and refunded if applicable.
6. TRACKING
All shipments include tracking.
Tracking information is provided via email once the order is dispatched.
Tracking updates may take up to 48–72 hours to appear in the system.
7. DELAYS
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:
- customs inspections
- local postal service delays
- holidays and peak seasons
- logistical disruptions beyond our control
We are not responsible for such delays.
8. LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If a package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
Claims must be submitted within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window.
